Okay. I am a Harry Potter nut. I LOVE the books and I truly have enjoyed the movies. The 6th movie was great but it didn't get a 5 star because it left out the fight scene at the end. This movie didn't get a 5 star because it was sort of slow. But if you have read the books you would understand that Part 1 of the Deathly Hallows wasn't going to be too fast-paced. The 2nd movie will be great because it will be the ending and it will have great fight scenes. One of my favorite parts in this movie was when they were in the Ministry. It was great! One thing I did find weird was when Ron left and Harry was trying to cheer Hermione up by dancing with her. That didn't happen in the book and it was just plain weird!! It also made it look like they liked each other. Another thing, I didn't appreciate it how when Ron was going to kill the Horcux in the necklace, that Harry and Hermione were naked and kissing. What the..? Why couldn't they have kept their clothes on. Tell me why the director had to do that? It was stupid. This movie did follow the book extremely well, I was so pleased! Like when Ron and Harry were fighting (and this was right before Ron left) the conversation they had in the movie was almost exact to conversation in the book. I just truly enjoy these movies and the story. It is fabulous.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

Unstoppable
Very predictable movie. It had some good suspense, but I went into the theaters already knowing how it was going to turn out. I wanted to see this movie though because of the actors in it, I love them both. It wasn't the most amazing movie though. It was pretty cool to know though that it was based on true events. Good story, not the greatest though.
Charlie St. Cloud
I liked this movie and it had a twist at the end that I really liked. I kind of predicted it when I was watching it but it was still a good movie to watch. I can't say it was great, it is kind of sad when his brother dies. Although, I thought his little brother was sort of a punk. Zac Efron really is a good actor though. I'm so surprised at how far he's come.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
This has to be one of my favorite Christmas stories ever. I loved the cartoon and I remember I watched it all the time when I was younger. Jim Carrey did a fantastic job playing the Grinch. I laugh so hard every time I watch this movie. It is definitely one of my Christmas favorites. I also loved the narrator in this movie, Anthony Hopkins. He had the perfect voice for it. You should definitely see this movie if you haven't seen it. "What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, is just a little bit more."
Elf
Will Ferrell was absolutely awesome in this! He played such a great 'Elf'. I love this movie and love to watch it when Christmas time comes around. I loved all the funny jokes throughout this movie. And yes it was kind of cheesy in some parts, but such a great family movie. I totally love it! "Sun of a nutcracker!" haha..
Ice Age: The Meltdown
Now, nothing beats the very first Ice Age. This was pretty good though. When I saw this in the theaters, I remember thinking it was so hilariously funny! Now, I find it pretty funny, but nothing extreme. The possums are pretty funny, but Scrat (the squirrel-thing) is the best character. Well.. I do love Sid the sloth too. One of my favorite parts was the 'fire-king' part. :) Super funny! This had a cute story to it and I appreciate how it has good morals to the story.
Just Married
This movie is pretty funny. It is just one of those typical comedy romances where everything imaginable goes wrong but still works out in the end. I like Ashton Kutcher and I find his acting hilarious. There was one part in this movie I really didn't appreciate which was when the couple was fighting and he finds a girl in a bar and brings her back to his room. Nothing happens between them but the girl from the bar goes crazy and gets too dirty. Brittany Murphy kind of bugged me, just a little. She held her mouth all weird when she would laugh. This was funny though.
