Through a fluke, they have no choice but to visit each of their four idiosyncratic parents. Do they know each other well enough to weather the storms families bring? (Source: IMDB)

Megan's Movie Review:
This movie was an average funny romance. It had some funny parts in it, but it wasn't die for hilarious. I did like the part where she took a pregnancy test and the little girl took the stick from her. You will have to watch it because it was funny and I don't want to ruin it for anyone. But ugh, I would've been so bugged at that little girl! If you are into the comedy romance movies, you would enjoy this one.

Megan's Movie Review:
I also had mixed feelings about this movie when it first came out. I think I liked the second one better than this one. Well, like 20 minutes before the movie ended I had said I liked this movie better than Dead Man's Chest... But then it ended with Will Turner dying and having to cut out his heart and he couldn't even be with his girl. Only once every ten years. How stupid. One other thing I thought was stupid, was how Keira Knightley played such a big role in this film. I'm sorry.. That was dumb. I didn't like how she became captain and was up on pirate ships making speeches that were to inspire the pirates. The pirates should have slapped her and told her to shut up. (I don't mean literally). But then again, it had a good story line with going to get Jack back, and fighting the East India Trading Company. Lord Beckett was a good bad guy. He was a little twirp and you hated him for that, and that makes him good. The battle scenes were always cool to watch. Captain Barbosa is definitely one of my favorite characters throughout the whole series. And the more I watch it now, the more I like it. Just the ending still gets me. Why couldn't it have been Captain Jack Sparrow who stabbed the heart before Will was stabbed?

Agreed?..

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

Once again we're plunged into the world of sword fights and "savvy" pirates. Captain Jack Sparrow is reminded he owes a debt to Davy Jones, who captains the flying Dutchman, a ghostly ship, with a crew from hell. Facing the "locker" Jack must find the heart of Davy Jones but to save himself he must get the help of quick-witted Will Turner and Elizabeth Swan. If that's not complicated enough, Will and Elizabeth are sentenced to hang, unless will can get Lord Cutler Beckett Jack's compass, Will is forced to join another crazy adventure with Jack. Megan's Movie Review:
I was very excited to see this movie when it came out but when I watched it in theaters, I remember being a little disappointed. I think it was because I didn't put into my mind that this is a sequel and it's not going to be as original as the first movie. Sometimes if you do that, the second movie isn't usually disappointing. But now that I've watched it a few more times since it's been out, I enjoy it and like it more. Davy Jones is pretty cool and scary. The only thing I was upset about was, the stupid romance between Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann. They are so dumb. And I hate how directors put stuff like that into movies, it only stresses me out. Why can't they be happy and still in love?? But no.. They have to make Elizabeth fall for Caption Jack Sparrow for no good reason. And she kissed him in the end. She doesn't deserve Will Turner.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl

This swash-buckling tale follows the quest of Captain Jack Sparrow, a savvy pirate, and Will Turner, a resourceful blacksmith, as they search for Elizabeth Swann. Elizabeth, the daughter of the governor and the love of Will's life, has been kidnapped by the feared Captain Barbossa. Little do they know, but the fierce and clever Barbossa has been cursed. He, along with his large crew, are under an ancient curse, doomed for eternity to neither live, nor die. That is, unless a blood sacrifice is made. (Source: IMDB)

Released: 2003

Megan's Movie Review:
This is another one of my personal favorites. My husband and I had a "pirates" kick and watched all three 'Pirates' movies this last weekend. I remember when I first saw this movie in theaters it was the greatest movie that I had ever seen at the time. I loved, like I still love it. It is so original and I had never seen another movie like it. Johnny Depp is hilarious and you just love his character. He was perfect for the part. This has to be one of the best Disney action/adventure movies I've ever seen. I also love the music in it. Again, it is so original and different but cool!

Megan's Movie Review:
LOVED. I loved this movie! I really love all animation films, well.. most of them. I shouldn't say all. This was so cute and funny! After the movie, I wanted my own black dragon. :) It had some very hilarious parts in the movie that keeps you entertained. I liked how the dragons all had their own personal image to our world now-a-days. For instance one of them looked like a parrot, and another looked like a fat catepillar. Which I find funny because they are supposed to be fierce dragons, not fat catepillars. If this doesn't make sense, you need to watch the movie to know what I'm talking about. Overall though, it is one of my favorite movies and I want it when it comes out.

Iron Man 2

Megan's Movie Review:
I loved this movie more than the first! It was so cool! And (I find this funny) but I liked the bad guy! Those cool electrical whip things were freakin sweet and I kind of wished Iron Man had some of his own to abuse the bad guys with. Again, Robert Downey Jr. was very funny. You really can't help but like him. I love Gwyneth Paltrow. I think she is so pretty and sweet! Scarlett Johansson played a good role in this movie too. I thought from the previews she would've been with the bad guys but she wasn't and she was cool! If you went and saw this movie in theaters, (I won't spoil it and tell you) but there was a scene after the credits. Oh, one other thing I would like to say is that I wish they wouldn't have changed the actors for his best friend. I think Don Cheadle did an okay job, but Terrence Howard would've been better.

Megan's Movie Review:
By the way, I thought this was a pretty cool picture that I found for this movie. :) We watched this the other day because we wanted to go see Iron Man 2 in theaters. When I first saw this movie, I loved it! I don't know why, but I still really like it, and it is a cool super hero movie, but I don't love it. I would rather watch a different super hero movie if I had to chose. It is still really good though! Don't get me wrong. I think Robert Downey Jr. is hilarious. You can't help but like her personality. I liked how he was super smart in the movie and could think up amazing things real fast.

Megan's Movie Review:
Let's just say if you think you cried hard in 'Marley and Me' then you might (or might not) want to watch this movie. For me, I didn't cry in 'Marley and Me'. It was a good movie but the dog dies of old age, like all dogs do. It is a sad thing and I did get choked up a bit, but I did not bawl. Watching this movie, I don't know if its because I'm pregnant, but I bawled my eyes out. I had to hide my face from my husband because I was so embarassed. It was a good-sad movie. If you like sad movies, you oughta watch this. The part that made me the most sad was when his master dies and Hachi still goes back to the train station EVERY DAY for a total of 10 years (9 years in real life) to wait for his master. We also watched some of the special features on the dvd and the whole crew from the movie kept saying how they felt that this movie was about loyalty. Yes.. to me it kind of was. But I felt it was more about love.. And remembering to love those who you have lost. To also cherish them and remember them. It was good, but it was sad. Maybe I'm just a big baby and no one else cried in this movie! Let me know!

Megan's Movie Review:
My husband and I watched part of this on tv and wanted to rent it from our Netflix to find out what happens next. It wasn't that great of a story when we saw the whole thing. I did not appreciate the fact that they really hardly knew each other and got married. He also hit her while they were dating and she still ended up marrying him. Then one week into their marriage, they have issues and fights, and he hits her again, so they split up and go get with other people to make each other jealous. They both cheat on one another... Then they end up getting back together in the end after months of being separated. It was rather stupid.

Megan's Movie Review:
Some people might disagree but I absolutely love this movie! It is so corny and cheesy, but I love it. The little love story thats in it made it so cute! But yes, I will admit, it is definitely cheesy. I like the magical fairy tale stories where the sweet girl gets the prince and is made queen. This movie has all sorts of fairy tale creatures and some are hilarious. And I just found out that Heidi Krum was one of the giants and it made me laugh! I love her, but I didn't know she was in this movie. If you don't mind cheesy, love, fairy tale stories, you would like this movie! It is also one of my personal favorites. :)

Megan's Movie Review:
I watched this movie on tv when I was pretty sick so that might have something to do with my opinion. I liked it, but it wasn't great, niether was it bad. It was kinda funny to watch Patrick Dempsey being so young in this film. It did have some stupid parts in the movie that I didn't appreciate. Such as the sexual comments. Now it was edited on tv so I think some parts were edited out but still it was too much sometimes. It was also cute how the guy gets the girl in the end and she likes him even though he might be a little bit of a nerd.
